I recently assisted the all-female-identified art collective Bunny Collective with curating their show, What we are doing, in Alexandra Park, Manchester. The exhibition was the culmination of their two-month residency as part of the Pankhurst in the Park programme, and took the form of site-specific temporary show. The exhibition sought to consider notions of work and labour, taking its inspiration from Hannah Arendt’s The Human Condition. You can read my accompanying essay here. I also interviewed Suffragette director Sarah Gavron as part of the events on May 7.
